Lawyers

As a newly called lawyer, Jason Bogle has made great strides in the legal community. He established his own law firm in August 2005 and has maintained a high clientele in the area of criminal law and civil law.

Mr. Bogle is the member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Criminal Lawyer Association. His extensive practical experience stems from his successful articling experience, where he worked with three prominent criminal defense firms in the city of Toronto .

Specifically, Mr. Bogle has conducted trials, pre-trials, plea bargaining, bails, and bail reviews. He has established himself as an advocate for persons suffering from mental health problems before both the Provincial and Superior court.

Jason E. Bogle has also acted as an agent at the Toronto Small Claims Court, where his emphasis was on contractual disputes and tortuous claims. In addition, he has held positions with the Community Legal Aid Services Program and the Department of Justice conducting legal research. The following are a few of his accomplishments:
